At Nepenthes, we strive for complete satisfaction with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, spare buttons, and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the items for original condition before issuing a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
